We assist these clients by allowing them to outsource their tax and bookkeeping functions to us. We are typically able to handle the bookkeeping functions of small businesses on a part-time basis. We have extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, as well as Lacerte Tax Software.
The company consists of two main individuals, Vincent Maguire, EA and Ryan Hart. We also have a network of affiliated professionals that can assist with other business and financial needs.
Vincent Maguire, EA has been in the profession since 1992, providing bookkeeping, tax, and planning services. He is an Enrolled Agent, having knowledge in tax matters, and also holds NASD Securities Registrations (Series 7 and 66), a California Insurance license (#0C90965) and a California Real Estate Salesperson License allowing him to offer specialized services to clients, through affiliated relationships. He received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
Ryan Hart has been actively involved in the accounting/bookkeeping industry for the past five years, assisting CPA firms and bookkeeping practices with tasks ranging from simple data entry and bank reconciliations to complex accounting adjustments. Ryan is also experienced in handling various business compliance issues as well as tax-related matters. Ryan recently graduated from CSU Northridge with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
